CloudFrontでSSL証明を選択できない

Unable to select Custom SSL Certificate (stored in AWS IAM) - Intellipaat Community にある、ログアウトをすると選択できる様になった（キャッシュの関係？）

CloudFrontにアクセスするとトップページが表示されない

Deploy Your Secure Vue.js App to AWS | Okta Developer に記載されている通り、CloudFrontのError Pagesタブに403、404エラーの場合は/index.htmlに遷移する設定をいれる。
